Low Back Pain Treatment Solutions
As the vast majority of back pain is caused by aberrant function of the spine, chiropractic care works extraordinarily well as addressing these underlying functional problems. Chiropractic adjustments can be done by hand, electronic instruments or both. The adjustments we give at our Edmonton chiropractor clinic located in Millwoods are done by trained chiropractors, and are most often completely painless. Most patients feel better after receiving an adjustment. Some patients feel no change after an adjustment, which often means that the problem simply needs more time. Many patients’ joints have been malfunctioning for years, and it will take some time to make progress. Thd third reaction after getting adjusted is that patients may feel stiff or sore/feel worse. While uncommon in our experience, it is a normal reaction because if a patient has joints that have been “locked” up for years, adjustments aimed at “unlocking” them can sometimes produce this response.
